Project Info

The central objective of the FEEdBACk project is to promote, stimulate and deliver energy efficiency through behavioural change. To encourage more efficient energy use and more responsible consumption behaviour, a gamification platform was developed to motivate this behavioural change, promoting consumer awareness and engagement through a pervasive mobile application. This application analyses the consumer context, sends personalised messages and manages competition between consumers in the same building or condominium, whether it is a business or domestic environment. The approach to motivate behavioural change is promoted intrinsically, taking advantage of temporal opportunities, in the consumer's daily life, to improve energy efficiency without compromising comfort.
