This project main objetive is to develop a collaborative Virtual Reality system that features a more natural and intuitive interface to provide diversified services about urban environments - a 3D Wiki for urban environments. These services include citizenship and business activities, promote cultural and natural heritage, and enhance collaboration and data sharing among all citizens.
