Registration Fees

All prices are in Euros, and include VAT.

Registration Includes:

• DASIP Conference entry fee
• DASIP Demo Night entry fee
• Access to conference and demo night Proceedings (access to DASIP web page with papers, presentations, keynotes)
• Lunch on Oct. 10, 11, and 12
• Coffee breaks on Oct. 10, 11, and 12
• 1 ticket to the Social Event (Note: additional Social Event tickets may be purchased separately)

Demo Night-Only Registration Includes:

• DASIP Demo Night entry fee
• Access to conference and demo night Proceedings (access to DASIP web page with papers, presentations, keynotes)
• Demo Night reception on Oct. 10

Social Event tickets may be purchased separately.

IEEE Members

IEEE Member registrations require proof of IEEE membership (please send it to jcf@fe.up.pt).

Student Identification

For student registration a copy of valid student identification is required. Failure to provide this document will result in annulment of your registration and will be considered a cancellation, subject to our cancellation policy. Upon registration, please send a copy of your valid student identification to jcf@fe.up.pt. Please contact us if you have any questions about the validity of your identification.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be sent by email no later than September 14, 2018. Refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee if received by September 7, 2018, and a 50% processing fee if received after this date. Requests for refunds sent after September 14, 2018 will not be honored and all registration fees will be forfeited.
