The delivery of the project materials takes place as described in practical work by-laws.

The presentation session takes place in the lecture room in the second half of the class, starting at 14:30. Each group has a 10 minute slot: 5 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions, according to the schedule below. Questions are formulated by peers, chosen by the presentation chair, as part of the “delivery” individual assessment (10%).

Each group prepares a set of 3 or 4 slides for the presentation using the room video projector. The slides include: obtaining and preparing the datasets, characterising the datasets, presenting the conceptual model of the domain, defining retrieval tasks using the datasets.

The presentations must be available prior to the session, so that each group is ready to start at the designated time.

Make sure the electronic delivery, using Moodle and before the deadline, includes a PDF file with the slides (minimize the file size by avoiding complex backgrounds and special effects).

The set of slides for the session will be visible as the PDF presentation file.
