For authors

Instructions for authors in charge of Oral Presentations

All EEM2016 Technical Sessions have a duration of 90 minutes. All sessions, except S15, have 5 allocated papers. This means that each Oral Presentation has a total slot of 18 minutes, that should be organized in 15 minutes for the presentation of the paper itself plus 3 to 4 minutes for questions and answers. Chairs of the EEM2016 Sessions were asked to be very strict regarding the previous times which means that authors should carefully prepare the power points in order not to exceed the 15 minutes slot.

Authors should bring the power point of their presentation in a pen and be present in the designated room 15 minutes before the Session starts to upload the power point and to meet the chair of the Session.

Preparation of posters

Authors of papers accepted for presentation in Poster Sessions should submit the final version of their paper and the IEEE Copyright Form as indicated above. The poster should be printed in the A0 format and should include a top column with the title, authors and affiliation. After that, the poster is organized according to the preferences of the authors trying to be as efficient as possible in communicating the most relevant messages in the paper.
