EDfT'90:

A characterisation of test scenarios is first presented, followed by the description of a fault model for boundary scan boards. The main test pattern generation algorithms are then illustrated in practice through a small case study and their diagnostic resolution is discussed, leading to the proposal of an optimal variant with minimum number of test vectors and maximum diagnostic resolution.
