Master in Multimedia

As I have had some years of experience working in multimedia but there was not any opportunity to improve my academic skills due to the limitation of media study in my country, I decided to apply for scholarship abroad, namely in Europe and Australia. By the time I got accepted to FEUP on Erasmus Mundus full scholarship programme, I took it promptly since it is the only programme that focuses directly on multimedia. I chose FEUP though I was in a selection process for another scholarship to Australia. Primarily, I believe the Courses offered, the Environment of the study and the city fit best how I aim to improve myself academically and personally.

As I came along, there are some really great practical courses such as Transmedia Storytelling,

Documentary, and Performing Art in which I get to learn extra skills with very respectful and dedicated professors. There have been many challenging group work throughout the semesters, which pushed me to work harder, be more flexible, and more creative with different groups of people including companies and in public places.

Porto is a perfect city to step out of my comfort zone, amazingly beautiful and calm. I learnt so much about myself in these two years more than I ever had before and have strengthened many skills that I used to believe I was not capable of.
