Authors will be notified about their submission results until January 15th, 2017.

Accepted Abstracts

Accepted abstracts must submit a complete paper (maximum 10 pages) or an extended abstract (1000 words) by March 31, 2017 to be included in the QUIS15 proceedings.

Please check the submission template for submitting papers or extended abstracts here.

Submissions that do not follow the format instructions will NOT be included in the proceedings.

BEST PAPER AWARD: All complete papers submitted for QUIS15 Proceedings will automatically be considered for the best paper award competition for the conference.

Special issues with selected papers from QUIS15 will be published in:

· Journal of Service Management

· Journal of Service Theory and Practice (formerly Managing Service Quality)
