The exhibits
presented below were prepared as HTML pages that include links (the "hand"

- Exhibit 1: Early glass views of Portugal (1855-1865):
A selection of positive glass views in standard size (17.1 x 8.4 cm, 6.7'' x
3.3''). One view is supposedly produced by Henri Plaut, part of the rest was
produced by Ferrier et Soulier, and there may be some of other unknown
publishers.
- Exhibit 2: Early card-mounted views
of Portugal (1855-1865): A companion exhibit to the early glass views, but now
considering card-mounted views. The selection of views presented comes from
several stereographers, including foreign publishers, Portuguese publishers
and anonymous views.
- Exhibit 3: Oporto and Matosinhos seen by
an outstanding amateur stereographer of the early 20th century: Justino de
Carvalho.
- Exhibit 4: Barcelos
— A visit to a Portuguese country fair in 1922.
