Instructions for the Submission of Accepted Papers
Once the Conference has been held, papers will be indexed for IEEE Xplore® Digital Library and EI Compendex only if all three of the following requirements are satisfied:
- Submit all publication materials
- Pay at least one regular registration
- Present the work at the conference
Submitting Publication Materials
English is the working language of the Conference. Papers are limited to six (6) pages. Up to two (2) additional pages can be accepted, but additional page fees (50€ per page) must be paid at registration.
Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. The author must submit the final version of the manuscript and sign the online IEEE Copyright Form before the submission deadline. These are submitted through the IES Submit system.
IEEE is very strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. We strongly recommend the use of IEEE PDF eXpress® to check your final version using the conference code ID: 42006X. Later the IES PCT system will perform more checks on your final version, and authors of wrongly formatted papers will be contacted.
IEEE provides a set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX format. Please use them to create your paper, but don't
modify the style nor the format under any circumstances:

Submit only original work, not previously published or copyrighted. Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works. The Conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to help verify originality of papers. Submitted works may be compared to over 20 million articles in databases worldwide. Papers that violate IEEE's publication principles may be summarily rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.

An author must pay a full, regular registration fee before 7th June, 2018.
Student registrations are not considered regular, and will NOT be accepted for publication. Each full, regular registration entitles an author to publish up to two (2) papers. A third paper requires 2 registration fees.
Each paper will be allocated a 15 minute slot for the presentation, followed by a 5 minute question & answer session. All papers will be presented orally, with the possible media support of slides and/or videos.
Session rooms are equiped with a computer and a video projector. The computer comes installed with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office 2016, and Adobe Acrobat reader DC. If required you may connect your laptop to the video projector using a VGA connector. The conference will have available two HDMI to VGA converters that you may borrow for the duration of your presentation. If you need to use one please ask at the registration desk.
