Women in Intelligent Transportation Systems Award

In the spirit of “Women in Engineering” we want to foster science specifically from “Women in Intelligent Transportation Systems” (ITS) extending the interest in the field among female students to equalize the gender diversity in workplaces. Therefore, in order to honor the women working in ITS who are attending the IEEE ITS Society’s flagship conference, ITSC2016, we are happy to announce that a number of free registrations is available. Please note that the award solely covers the conference registration. Travel, accommodation and other expenses must be covered by the awardee.

Applications should be submitted electronically via the link provided below. During the application please indicate if your are the co-author of an accepted paper (regular, special session or workshop) in IEEE ITSC 2016 and whether you are a full-time BSc., MSc. or Ph.D. student (not mandatory). The application deadline is August 24, 2016. Selected candidates will be informed shortly after the application deadline.
