Visa Requirements
Citizens of foreign countries might be required to obtain a visa prior to entering Brazil. Visa requirements for foreign countries can be found on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website. For additional information regarding visas, please contact the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate in your country. A list of Brazilian diplomatic missions abroad can be found here.
Official letters of invitation for visa purposes will be issued by the Papercept Conference Management System to all authors of accepted papers who have fully registered for the conference and for which payment has been received. The letter of invitation will be available for download from the author’s workspace in Papercept shortly after the paper acceptance notification. Note that per IEEE Policy, only registered, Speakers, Committee Members, and attendees may receive an invitation letter to the conference. Conference attendees without a registered paper can also request an invitation letter for visa application purposes upon registration and respective payment through the registration management system. The invitation letter can be used to obtain a travel visa if required. However, this letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
Should you have any questions regarding letters of invitation, please contact the Conference Registration Co-chair:
