On Monday, October 31, 2016, we are organizing a pre-conference technical visit to Rio’s Operations Center (COR)  for IEEE ITSC2016 participants. Due to operational reasons, the tour has limited capacity and seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Pre-registration is mandatory. Transportation to and from the Windsor Oceânico Hotel and the site will be provided by IEEE ITSC2016.
