Proceedings

All accepted papers will be included in the ITSC 2016 Conference Proceedings, to be published by IEEE, provided respective registration fees are received by camera-ready due deadline and at least one of the co-authors attends the conference and presents the paper personally. No-show policy will apply and papers whose authors fail to deliver presentation will not be included in the proceedings.

Papers included in the proceedings of IEEE ITS Conferences are published by IEEE and made available from IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE ITSC Proceedings are indexed by major systems, such as Scopus, Thomson Reuters’ ISI WoS, and Engineering Village.

Journal Special Issues Opportunities

Selected papers of exceptional quality will be invited for submission to special issues of the IEEE Transactions on ITS and the IEEE ITS Magazine. Authors will be asked to extend and revise their manuscripts according to the standards of the Transactions and the Magazine.

Prospective proposers of Special Sessions and Workshops are invited to consider the possibility of organizing special issues in prominent journal and magazine destinations, with recognized reputation and impact factor. Considering special sessions and workshops will be organized around and foster discussion about very specific and oriented topics, such sessions and workshops can potentially generate substantial quality material to be further extended to journal papers. These initiatives are highly welcome!
