Registration fees

Registration is required for all participants of IEEE ITSC 2016. Authors with accepted papers must register by September 21, 2016. Authors will only be allowed to upload the camera-ready version of the accepted paper after the registration fees have been paid in full and confirmed. The early registration deadline is September 21, 2016. Late registration fees apply after September 21, 2016.

All prices quoted are in US dollars (US$).

Full and Student Registrations (member and non-member) include Workshops, Tutorials, Technical Sessions, Lunches, Coffee-breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Banquet, and Proceedings. Workshop Day Registration is solely valid for November 1, 2016, and includes Workshops, Tutorials, Lunches, Coffee-breaks, Welcome Reception, and Proceedings.

 
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE ITSC 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted (regular, special session and workshop) paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (IEEE ITS Society member, IEEE member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to one paper; a charge ‘Extra Paper’ can be paid to register up to one additional paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ITSC 2016 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. IEEE ITS Society member and IEEE member members must provide their IEEE membership number during the registration process. Students must provide a student ID at the registration desk.

PLEASE NOTE: The item Extra Paper can only be included by one of the co-authors of an accepted paper. Camera-ready papers can have a maximum length of six (6) pages without incurring additional charges. Manuscripts with up to eight pages in length are accepted for publication with an overlength charge of USD $100 per extra page. Gala Banquet and Welcome Reception tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased separately.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card and wire transfer. Please note that payment by bank transfer incurs an additional charge of US$20. All bank transfer fees must be paid by the author. Please note that wire transfers may take considerable time, and should be processed at your earliest convenience. Only after confirmation of effective credit of wire transfers accepted papers will be clear to be uploaded.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests or registration transfers must be made by September 30, 2016 via email. No refunds will be provided after this date. Author registrations are non-refundable. There will be an US $100 administrative fee deducted from each refund. There will be an US $100 administrative fee for each registration transfer.
