Conference scope

The 19th IEEE International Conference on Autonomous Robot Systems and Competitions (IEEE ICARSC2019) is an international scientific meeting in the field of Mobile Robotics traditionally co-sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), through its Portuguese Chapter. Its scope encompasses but is not limited to, the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Education.

Submission

Authors are invited to submit original research contributions, in English, electronically in PDF format via EasyChair. Papers must follow the IEEE template and have a maximum of 6 pages. Authors must remove their names from the submitted papers, and should take reasonable care not to indirectly disclose their identity. At least three program committee members will be assigned to review each paper. Acceptance will be based on the paper's significance, technical quality, clarity, relevance, and originality.

Instructions for Authors

Authors are invited to submit original research contributions, in English, electronically, in PDF format, via EasyChair: ICARSC'2019 Submission System at Easychair 

Papers must follow the IEEE template. Six pages in the IEEE format are allowed for each paper, including all figures, ta, les and references. Please check the IEEE Author Guidelines for more complete information.

Accepted English written contributions will be published in the conference proceedings that will be sent for indexation at IEEE xPlore Library, Thomson ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, EI-Compendex, DBLP, Google Scholar among several other services.

Authors must remove their names from the submitted papers, and should take reasonable care not to indirectly disclose their identity. Three program committee members will be assigned to review each paper. Acceptance will be based on the paper's significance, technical quality, clarity, relevance and originality.

Accepted papers will be scheduled for presentation, which requires that at least one of the authors should register at the Conference and present the paper.
