1  Domain and Circunstances

This placement, in the framework of Erasmus LLP - Placements, provides work experience, enabling the use of knowledge, tools, procedures, acquired trough the Mechanical Engineering Integrated Master at FEUP. Allows then to achieve maturity and personal growth,in such different environment, result of the impact of this applied work experience.

2  Company

Having a solid background, Figure , the company,that is in fast growth, deals with both Wind and Industrial gears production. The department in question, part of Moventas Wind Oy division, is responsible for research, analysis, certification of the products in Wind Energy purposes area.
