Conference fees

The DCIS 2021 registration fees are based on an in-person event and include:

  • attendance to the conference sessions
  • conference bag and material
  • free access to the conference proceedings
  • all conference lunches
  • all coffee breaks
  • welcome reception
  • banquet dinner
  • conference social event

Registration instructions

The registration to the conference is mandatory for accepted papers to be included in the conference proceedings. This requires that the registration process and the registration fee payment are completed until November 8th, 2021.

  1. To register in the conference, follow this link to Agência Abreu.
  2. Authors of an accepted paper or poster, please, be sure to include the paper(s) ID and title (i.e.: paper <xx> – <paper title>) in the registration form.

Each registrant is allowed to specify up to 2 papers, the first is included in the registration fee, the additional paper is charged 100 €.

Cancelation policy

  • A cancellation fee of € 25,00 will be withheld if refund is requested in writing before October 16th, 2021.
  • 50% of registration fees if refund is requested in writing before October 31st, 2021.
  • No refunds will be accepted if requested after November 8th, 2021.
  • All refunds will be processed after the congress.
  • A registered person can however be replaced without penalties by a substitute until November 8th, 2021. Should that be the case, please, inform the DCIS 2021 organizing committee ([email protected]) as soon as possible.

Pending amounts

Any remaining differences in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Conference Secretariat. In case registration payments were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Conference account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment is presented, the full payment will be required on site.

1 Students full-time enrolled in a college or university, please, send proof of your student status to [email protected].
2 The accompanying person fee applies to non-academic participants (spouses, kids) who are not paper or poster co-authors and enables them to participate in the welcome reception, banquet dinner, and social event. Conference attendance, lunches and coffee breaks are not included in the accompanying person fee.
3 Subject to availability, on a first-come first-served basis, with conference organizers permission.
